Education and work experience:
Ms. Palzer provides advice on all issues regarding corporate law, covering everything from the foundation until the final liquidation of a business. Further to the comprehensive practise regarding corporate law for national and multinational businesses, she also advices on all related fields of law that are of importance for companies, such as trade law, general contract law as well the issues regarding the liability of members of the board and supervisory board.
Further, Ms. Palzer specializes in all kinds of M&A transactions, including share and asset deals, mergers, de-mergers, contributions, commutations, and many others. Naturally, Ms. Palzer has substantial experience in Due Diligence procedures, where she also focuses on HR matters.
Last but not least, Ms. Palzer advices on all kinds of individual and collective employment law. In this regard she has contributed to publications like „Employment Law in Europe“ and „EU & International Employment Law“.
