Education and work experience:
Mag. Jakob Leinsmer studied law at the University of Vienna. Several internships in the private industry gave him the chance to gain practical experience during his studies. He did his judicial clerkship at the federal courts of Vienna. During this period he also worked for Eversheds Austria, which gave him the opportunity to gain experience in the fields of his practice areas.
